Our Relax Guest House

Our guesthouse is a true “Relax Guest House” located on the first floor of a recently restored mansion, nestled in the green of a pine forest and surrounded by a large garden defined by some “botanical&” customers because there are a thousand flowers and flowers Plants that populate it.

Our green landscape is the ideal location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home, for congresses and business stays, for those who are looking for peace and quiet in close contact with nature far from the Noise of the city.

Located just 150 meters from Rome’s Biomedical Polyclinic Hospital, with an enviable location close to numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bars, pharmacies, laundries, banks, post office and various shops.

It is only a few minutes away from the AS ROMA, the EUR quarter, the McArthurGlen Outlet of Castel Romano and Cinecittà World, not the Roman coast.The apartment is spread over one level and has six bright rooms furnished in a shabby Provencal style, which can accommodate one to several guests.

The apartment has large common areas for guest use, such as a living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a large panoramic terrace for relaxation and refreshment.

Given the height of the majestic hillside structure, all rooms have panoramic views of the Castelli Romani and private furnished terrace.

All rooms have private bathroom with window, hairdryer and courtesy set, heating and in addition hot air conditioning, high speed Wi-Fi internet connection and TV.Every morning, free coffee, tea, tea biscuits or brioches are offered.

For all of our customers there is free car parking within the facility, fully guarded video.All of the unique shabby style rooms are warm and comfortable, detailing everything in everything and the object makes this magical place an oasis of peace and relaxation.

Managed at a family level, to make the atmosphere ideal for anyone who, for health or work reasons, is away from home.You can also entertain or receive guests in the garden and in the large porch furnished with sofas, armchairs and tables where drinks and snacks are available.
